You are certainly not alone, but we are trying to nail it.  I am trying to
get Serotek something that we can pin it down to.  So I may well call you
tomorrow and see what is going on.

Folks, you may recall that I was having problems with this, using it from 
the WEB.

I still haven't got it coming up speaking properly either without fiddling 
around each time - and I do have Service Pack 2 and am using XP.

Steve, Skype me by all means and we'll talk through it because I still don't

think I'm getting the prompts others seem to get.

I do get in, eventually, but usually after playing a bit because I press 
"Enter" to begin, as stated, then usually get nothing spoken.

I'm really glad I'm not alone because I felt, when mentioning this a few 
weeks back, that actually I couldn't really have a problem and it was 
probably me.

Hope we can sort this.
