Alexander, I'd suggest getting down to your local Richer sounds. Give them a call beforehand and make an appointment, they'l spend as much time as you need demonstrating various models until you find what you want. At least they always used to.

So you still want a large HiFi system!

Have you considered an Ipod and the Bose speaker system to go with it?

Then get an Itunes account and download all the music you want, and it
not take up any more space!

Hi all, I currently have a music system for my front room comprising the
following components:
Record Player
2 cassette decks
CD player
and radio tuner.

It is rather large, and for various reasons I want to modernise my set
up, and give this, along with its speakers to my father.

My question is, can anyone recommend a modern accessible system,
separates if necessary, but an all in one if possible comprising:
Record player,
Radio tuner,
and a multi Cd player for up to 6 CDs if possible.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Alexander Shannon
