I'm not sure if it's on the screen, but just say Where Am I? And it should tell
you.

Hi Steve. Will Google Maps tell you where you are when you're not in
Navigation mode? I know the IOS version does but I could never figgure
out how to get the native Android app to give me my current location.

Hi Adrien.

Don't forget that if you put a micro SD card in, you can expand the 16GB
even further.

cheers,

Mo.

Hi Mo

Yes I chose the 16 gb as I knew it would take a lot to fill
that unless it was music or films but also the 32 gb ones
were far more expensive.

Adrien

Hi Adrien.

That depends on how large the app download is, they all vary
but you
should be fine 16GB is more than enough in most cases.

Hi

Ok is there a limit to how many apps I can put on a 16 gb
tablet, don't want to fill it up.

Adrien

Hi,

For music, just use Google Play Music, or GoneMad Music
Player is also good.

For travel, Traveline GB, Notnav or Nownav and even Google
maps.

There you go.

Subject: [access-uk] success so far with my android

Hi

I have just got an android tablet, an nexus 7, so far I am
finding it much easier for me to use than my ipad, a bit
tricky to navigate but I seem to be getting on with it far
better. I would like to put some apps on it, have done a
few, skype, facebook, firefox, but would like others. Are
there apps for bus time tables, listening to music and
radio? Also echo link for ham radio? What apps do other
people use? I think I may have fun with this gadget. Also
what apps do you use for listening to epub books? Are
there
any useful tutorials out there please?

Regards

Adrien
