[access-uk] subscribing to programmingblind?

Good morning,
I hope there is someone here on the above list as I have not been able to
find the list owner's contact details!
I have been trying to subscribe to the programmingblind list without a luck.
I have received the email to confirm subscription. However, when I reply or
send an email to confirm, it comes back with an error. Does anyone know how
to sort this out please?
