spywere terminator is an excellent program and is free in its basic version also. It is the only fre antispyware program I know of that comes with full real time protection. However, unfortuatnely the popup mesages it sends out to notify of real time problems or to ask permission to let a program run are completley inaccessible to speech users as a screenreader does not see anything even with the mouse cursor.
I have, however, used Spyware Termnminator as an on demand scanner for some time and am quite satisfied with it. It is a bit tricky to navigate and operate and requires extensive use of the mouse cursor emulation but I like it as a backup to adaware and spybot.
