You could use Bluetooth? I've never done it that way because I have a Sonos
Beam which, technically, is the same price as the Move, and is a better option.
But the Move would allow Janet to take it about and use the Alexa or Google
services to listen to the radio perhaps away from the TV if she wanted to. You
press the Bluetooth button on the rear of the Move, then presumably go into the
settings on a TV to see if it finds the Move?
Sorry I can't be more specific, I just don't use Bluetooth on the TV. But I
have it set up with my iPhone, so when I want to play something through the
Move, I press the Bluetooth button on its rear and it connects seamlessly.

Personally I would recommend a Sonos Move stand-alone speaker. You will need
the Sonos app to control it, but it sounds fantastic, and the app is completely
accessible. You might get a deal on the Move if you look around, but you may
find it a bit out of your price range so let us know the sort of budget you
have.
