didn't realise you were willing to spend as much as this, i can certainly tell
you about the sony model as this is the exact same one i use.
the sound from this soundbar is outstanding it can handle anything thrown at it
including it is compatible with the very latest cinema sound including dolby
atmos and DTS which gives you rich immersive sound and the subwoofer is as
powerful or gentle as you like as it has it's own volume control on the remote
control.
i've never heard the beam, but from reading the reviews on the link you gave it
doesn't support dolby atmos or DTS cinema sound and people say the base isn't
as good as on some other Sonos speakers.
with the sony model if you wanted you can buy and add on at a later time
wireless rear speakers that they sell separately.
