[access-uk] sorting messages in outlook 2003

Hi

Just one more question. 

I would like to sort my messages in my folders with oldest
at the top of the list and newest at the bottom. If I go
into view, arrange by, then custom and sort, I select
received but what then, my messages are all over the place,
they are not in a date order.
