He is having trouble with his memory and needs access to a small recording device which will record up to a minute of speech and play it back later. He has trouble with complicated technology, so a pocket memo recorder wouldn't be suitable. All the RNIB have to offer is a reminder for what tablets you should take and when and the device that you can attach magnetically to a can of beans etc. However, in the dim and distant past I remember that you could obtain small recording devices which would record a minute or two of speech and play it back to you. I may be imagining this but I seem to remember that they came as key fobs. Does anyone know of anything similat to this, but which is still available? All suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
