Hi there

If you are with BT, you can go to their website and do a service check
there.

I can't remember how it works though as I have had no reason to do it since
my broadband service was activated two years ago.

Regards.

Hi there

If I may put my 2 pence in here, I'm with BT and I regularly get between
five and six meg download. It could be down to the fact that I'm quite
close to the exchange.

All the information is subjective because all too often, people forget to
mention how close to the exchange they are when they are on ADSL, which I
am.

Regards.
