we come back to this problem, why do we get inferior services? I can tell
you that the audio version of the 996 service on the disability site still
hasn't been changed from November last year, I went back up there again
recently after complaining about it.

You can go to channel 996 on sky, but believe me I'm enraged at them at
the moment because that listing is two months late in being updated. There
is a very comprehensive set of listings on the digital spy website which I
could try to find the full url for if you like as I don't have it in my
favourites. Don't bother going to the disability site on sky for the audio
version either because it is eleven months out-of-date and although I have
complained to them about this, no action has bene taken to rectify this so
far.

  Hi!
A friend who is blind has just signed up for Sky.
Does anyone know where to get hold of a list of channel names and numbers,
so that he can get familiar with them all?
If only the TV guide and menus were "talking."!
  Hope you can help!
  Regards,
  Maggie
