Hi Alison,
For sure, but how you do it depends on the email client you use. In Outlook
2016, for instance, while you're in an email you can press Alt + F, T to go to
Options, then Tab 24 times to get to the relevant setting which is a combo box.
DownArrow through the options and when you get to the one you want, press Enter
to confirm it. Tab once to a similar setting for when you forward a message
rather than reply to it, and change that one too, if you like. Then Tab once
again so that you're not on a combo box and press Enter to close the dialogue.
