Orchard Cards is a good site but you have to buy a minimum of ten cards.

They describe the card and the verse is also shown but the only thing is you
can not write the card online.  I have just received an email from a guy who
has just taken over the shop and he was asking for comments so I will send
him your suggestion of writing cards on line.  I usually have them sent to
me and get them written.  The Orchard cards are good quality but they don't
have that many brilliant verses last time I looked.
