Hi Douglas, Thank you again for the pointer towards the program Access and defaults, I made a change in there and can now get the Send to e=-mail Recipient to use Outlook Express rather than Microsoft Outlook, therefore the problem I had is now solved,although I am not certain exactly what I actually did.
