Thank you for your reply.

The suggestion you have given, of attaching the saved file and then sending 
it via Outlook express, is what I would have normally done, however, before 
this thread started, I just thought I would try using the send to function 
with Outlook Express, and came across the problem which Douglas and Graham 
have both given me solutions for.
