Hi Alison
Off the top of my head, I think you need to use Alt with F, then arrow up to
Options, then choose Save from the list of categories presented. Tab
through these options until you find the one that stops saving when you
close a document, I can't remember what it's called offhand.
Kind regards,

Subject: [access-uk] saving documents in Office 365
Since upgrading to Windows 10 and installing Office 365, frequently, when
pressing f4 to close an amended document, the document is automatically
saved without me being asked.
Mostly, that's fine but I can think of occasions when I may have made
changes which I'm not happy with and want to return to the document as it
was originally.
Does anyone else experience this and is there a way to ensure that I am
asked every time whether I want to save the changes to the document?
Alison
