[access-uk] saveing Attachments

Hi List members,when trying to save attachments with :o E 6, and entering on
:save attachments in the file menue,Jaws reports :save attachments not
available,I am makeing sure that the target message is highlighted have tried
other messages with the same results. am I missing doing something?.any help
