Yes, there is. Just use the app switcher to switch between Lazarillo and the
app you are using for searching. It’s easy really.

Yes that was my experience as well. Lazarillo relies on another app for turn by
turn directions. So if I want to search the restaurants that will be on my
route there is no way to do it. A Garmin GPS unit does this but it is not
accessible.

hi thought i would send again because if i use the native email app on the
polaris it puts out loads of rubbish.
for me when using lazarillo i have to use my iphone hotspot to stay connected.
i cannot do turn by turn navigation with it just like near by explorer you can
use the rnib navigator but that eats up the battery and costs £9 per month.
you can get blind square and do a search and create the route in google maps.
i can only get google maps to speak turn by turn if i have a driving route
created.
maybe the way to go is to use the victor trek for turn by turn or the trace
navigation device.
