[access-uk] reveal web help

Hi List,
Please can someone help me with reveal web.
I found a talking book from the RNIB talking book
servis but it ownly gives the isbn number and not the
catalogue number.
Why?
Every time I send a list to RNIB they keep asking for
the catalogue number for my books.
Has any one had this problem.
