Hello everyone
My husband's packmate doesn't seem to be working. We have charged the
battery but when we switch the rocker switch to power the unit on, it no
longer works. There is no bleep to indicate any power and no spoken Jaws
feedback.
Is there any reset to re-initialise the unit as we think it may be
frozen,
although it's a wild guess on my part. Or, is it a case of sending
the unit
to Blazie?

Hi,
If you turn the Pacmate on its edge, with the drives at the bottom,on
the back at the left top there is a hole and if you put a paper clip in
this hole and press you will reset the Pacmate and it will probably
reset itself.
Another thing you can try is:-
Hold down all of these keys at once:-
Keys 7, 3, 2, 1, 4, 6, 8 and space. This is a warm reset and may reset
the Pacmate.
