[access-uk] research it in jaws 12

HI. I've installed JAWS 12 to se if it's any good and have it running in demo
mode on my Samsung netbook which obviously uses the XP operating system.
I want to try Research It out. I hit insert with spacebar and it made a little
clicking sound effect but nothing else happened. I was expecting a box with
research suggestions like Wiktionary and BBC News but nothing happened at all.
Did I do it right? Any tips appreciated.
