You could try FileHippo's update checker.

This presents our updates as a simple web page, so it is pretty easy to use.

hi all i require a softwair that cheques for and tells me if there are
updates for all softwairs and drivers on my pc i use softwair informer
which is accessable with jaws but now since i use nvda i require the
accessable softwair with nvda
