Hi Amro,
Is the free version sufficient; I'm sure I'll only have to use it
occasionally, but I'm just about to dump Panda Anti-virus in favour of MS
Security Essentials and I know that Panda is going to be difficult to
uninstall.

Probably just to uninstall. I don't use revo uninstaller that often to be
honest. However, it helped me get rid of system errors and apps that refuse
to uninstall correctly a couple of times. So maybe best to consult the
manual and their websites for more thorough explanation of its functions and
features. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
