Only down side to this is if you really don't want to reply to all.

Sometimes it doesn, David, but it just seems simpler for me to use alt l for
reply to all, even when the message might only be from one person, as this
always works

Hi Jackie!
Thanks for resolving this!
Regarding ctrl+r. I have discovered that if I exit the message, and re-open
it, ctrl+rthen works.

Hi Alison
Not that, but JAWS thinks the Quick Navigation keys have been turned on so
if I start a reply with the word Hi, I am immediately informed there are no
headings. If I then use Insert with Z, the Quick Nav keys are turned off,
and all is well again, even though they weren't turned on in the beginning.
Strange!
Kind regards,
Jackie Brown

I was relieved to see I wasn't alone in often not being able to use control
r to respond to messages, and now mostly just use alt l (reply to all) which
never lets me down - so far anyway!
But another funny little quirk has started recently too and I wondered
whether others had also experienced this.
Sometimes, when writing a reply to a message, focus unexpectedly jumps away
from the editfield and I have to alt tab to get back into the message I am
writing.
Has anyone else experienced this?
