HI, thanks for this, it will prove most useful. I thought it would be in
installed apps, but was not sure how to proceed.

Audrey, go to the Installations folder in menus, highlight Talks and Zooms,
bring up the options menu (softkey 1) and choose remove.

  Hello all.

I have a nokia 5230 phone which, unfortunately, I am unable to get on with,
due to the touch screen. I have managed to get the contract and phone
transferred to a friend, but he is sighted and doesn't require talks on the
phone. I therefore need to know how to remove it so that he is able to use
the phone without the software. could anyone advise how to do this?

  Thanks in advance.

  Audrey
