Yes it is. Sleep button is what Apple calls it apparently or so I believe.

Hi Trace, pressing the sleep button once mutes the call and pressing it twice
rejects it. Also there’s a reject button that appears somewhere on the screen
when you have an incoming call but to be honest I can’t find it most of the
time.
