I joined this list with the thought that people shared technical issues with
each other.
This is not what it's being used for when discussing free travel for
visually impaired people.
I'm sure there are lists to discuss such issues and, as far as I'm aware,
this list isn't one of those.
Can we only discuss relevant issues of a technical and/or IT nature folks?
