A number of interfaces exist between the telephone itself, or from the BT (or other provider) socket to a recording device.Available from Maplin and others. It worked by switching itself on when the phone was answered and stopping when thehandset was replaced. Hagger electronics also sold a couple of models thatworked in the same way. Another alternative is to use a modern digital recorder, you can buy something that attaches to the phone and acts like a microphone, they used to be called simply inductive couplers, but now they are probably have a name with I in front of it. Hope this helps. Is there a gismo or a gaget that I can purchase for this purpose? I've contacted both RNIB and Cobolt systems and have drawn a blank. Any suggestions?
