Hi,

I think if you go that cheap, it won't be any better than the VM router.

All the best

Steve

Thanks Steve, but the thick end of 350 Euros for the Draytek is a little
steep for me.  I'm looking at the asus RT-AC51U at £35, oft touted as a fix
for Virgin's lousy router. The admin doesn't sound at all accessable though.

Hi,

I don't know of one with eight Ethernet ports, but my Draytek 2860N has
6.
I would go for the 286AC though, as it's newer than mine.  They are
superb  > routers, if a little expensive.

All the best

Can anyone recommend one?  Preferably with an accessable web admin and  >
8 ethernet ports, and that is known to work with Virgin's router.

Thanks.
