Hi sandra, your message was clear enough. i do use my mouse to go across the screne, but i couldn't find clean up. just before options , there is a download button. i tried pressing on that, and it appeared to hold a record of programmes i had downloaded. i found the first day of the cricket match, and deleted it from there. i then started the whole process again. it appeared to start the download, but when i checked, instead of saying newly downloading, it said error. thanks for your help, but i am still stuck. i haven't downloaded the second day yet, and i had no trouble with the second and third matches. brian.
