I think I know what it is. It's IE wants you to confirm the download for your
own protection. When you click the download link, a new page opens and you
should hear a sound. The sound indicates a popup warning message. When you hear
that sound press alt n to send the Jaws focus to the warning message. On the
message press the spacebar to open a pull down menu where you can hit the
download file option to start the download.
It is very common to be presented with this warning popup when attempting to
download a file off the net. Just remember the alt n keystroke and you'll be
alright.
I would have another go at downloading the file from the Radio Downloader
site. Never the less, I uploaded the RD installation file at
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1615612/Radio%20Downloader.msi
Just click the link above to start the download in case you really don't want
to have another go at the RD site.

First of all very happy new year,
amro, David and peter I am sorry to say I am still failing to achieve
this simple download.
I promise you all, I am not just trying once but trying to the point of
burnout.
Once I hit the download link itbecomes totally confusing.
Occasionally I hear 2%, 8% and even 100%, but then I land on a page which
either
presents me with a form to complete
or a page
which presents a down load button which ignores me.
Do you think I need a sighted assistant or am I just being thick?
I should also say I hear notes which might indicate a pop up blocked, but
my pop up blocker is off.
I can find nothing on the screen to help.
