Hi Brian,
This has happened to me on more than one occasion with a cricket match. As
regards the downloads list, when you open the program and you use a mouse
equivalent to go across the top of the program screen, you'll come to an
option labelled clean up. Click on this option and you'll get the message
that this will remove orphan entries for which the audio file has been
either moved or deleted. Hit okay and that should take the test match out
of your downloads list. You could then try to download it again and see if
you have any more luck.
