Head into Text To Speech Settings, then change the language from System
Language, to English UK.

Hi Everyone.
Hope someone can help with this niggling little annoyance with my new pixel.
I currently have all speech in UK English high quality Google, however
whenever I visit websites with chrome either by clicking a link or using the
Google News or other aggregation apps and a Chrome window opens, my phone
switches to American English which is harsh on the ears. Can anyone suggest
a way to stop this from happening? Thanks.
