Hi Fran.

 

Have you downloaded the audible download manager software from the audible 
website?  Once downloaded, you need to activate your Booksense with Audible 
using the activation wizard in ADM, then copy the audible files to the books 
folder on the BookSense memory card or internal memory depending on which model 
you use.
