[access-uk] query regarding ease of access centre

Hi
Just recently I have noticed that the ease of access centre
is starting when my screen reader loads, I am using windows
7 pro and super nova 13.02, I have looked for the settings
but can't see how to stop it from loading, is there a
service or some way to stop it with msconfig?
