first, not everyone has credit cards.
second, the RNIB easy pay doesn't have any interest, so charging it sounds like
preying on peoples disadvantaged circumstances to me.

  Hi Julie,

As someone who is both blind and runs a small business I would say no. The
reason is simply the admin it takes to chase payments if folk don't pay, and it
does happen.

Remember, the business has to pay the full cost up front.

Also there are credit cards you could use. Yes you would have to pay
interest, but if I were giving you easy payments I would charge interest too.

  Just my take on it.

  All the best

  Steve

Have you ever wanted to purchase something like a notetaker or braille
display but couldn't because you aren't able to pay outright for it?

All the specialist companies other than the RNIB don't offer easy pay or to
pay on HP so this precludes many sales, I would think.

Do you think, like me, that this is wrong and something should be done to
change this?

  Kind regards, Julie.
