[access-uk] purchasing specialist equipment idea, what do you think?

Have you ever wanted to purchase something like a notetaker or braille display 
but couldn't because you aren't able to pay outright for it?


All the specialist companies other than the RNIB don't offer easy pay or to pay 
on HP so this precludes many sales, I would think.

Do you think, like me, that this is wrong and something should be done to 
change this?
