Hi,
Usually a tripple tap of the home button will start or stop Voiceover.
If you go to settings, General, Accessibility, Voiceover; you will
find an entry called Voiceover practise. If you double tap on this
you can practise various movements etc and just double tap on the
Done button when you have finished. You can also open Voiceover
practise by performing a four finger double tap from just about
anywhere and returning to where you were by another four finger
double tap when you've finished.
