I find this kind of thing really annoying. Yesterday I was listening to the
RNIB Tech Talk programme. The first item was someone talking about the Calibre
download app from Calibre itself. the more the guy spoke, the more my blood
boiled. He just didn't seem to have a clue. Have a listen and see if you agree.
Yes, it's a slightly different issue, but it is an illustration of the problem
which seems to rear its head more often than it should: the problem of a
solution for blind people which hasn't been properly thought through.
