Hi steve

Yes that was the problem, for some reason even though I had
activated the license on my desktop, it didn't transfer to
office 2016. Thanks.

Regards

Adrien

Hi,

You need to update your Office licence before you even run
Window-Eyes, otherwise you will get problems.

All the best

Subject: [access-uk] problems with windoweyes again

hi

I am experiencing difficulties with windoweyes on my
desktop. I am using windoweyes for office, I have the
previous version installed, it keeps telling me that it is
not a valid office license installed, when I choose to check
for a office license on line, windoweyes stops working. I am
going to have to up-date windoweyes to the latest version
but how do I then put in the office license which I have
saved as a text file? I also have a registered license as I
registered windoweyes and my license starts with pf, what is
the best way to correct this issue please?

Regards

Adrien
