A lot of companies don't like you using an alternative to an 0870 number and
comment on it if you do that.

I looked on the net a while ago for an alternative to their premium rate
number. I used the number below a few times to contact them. I don't think
they like you using it, especially when they realise you are ringing regarding
a broadband query. They will put you through though.
