Hi,
You could create a new email when you are in the inbox, control, then shift
tab to the to button then choose the recipient from your contact list.

Thank you
Ali

Hi Ian

No that is the problem, It is not showing anything apart from assign a task
and meeting, I have tried everything even tried creating a new address list,
I have checked the properties and there is nothing. I have even exporting
the contacts and importing them again but it makes no difference. I had this
problem some years back with 2003. I googled it and found some instructions
which I have followed but it makes no difference. The folder is designated
as a contacts list but it is not working.

Regards

Adrien

Hi Adrien,

I'm guessing you are using Outlook 2013.
To send an email from your contacts:
1. Select the contact and press the Applications key.
2. Cursor down to "Create", and press the right cursor to expand the menu.
3. The first option will probably be "Email. Press Enter and a new email
will be opened with the contact field filled in.

HTH.

Ian

Subject: [access-uk] problems with office 365

Hi

Ok I have installed office 365, I am having several problems.
How do I create a new message from within the contacts list?

When I send a new message from one of my other e-mail accounts, they are
just sitting in my outbox, I cannot get them to go. I use the from field, I
am sending messages to the groups but I am not even sure if you are getting
them.
Some groups I have subscribed to my other gmail account so I need to use the
from field and select the correct e-mail address to send the messages from.

How do I enter a new e-mail address from an outlook account, I had the
outlook connector in before but I don't think it is compatible.

I am sending messages but I am having to use my imap account, the pop
accounts are not sending.

I am using windows 7 pro, 64 bit, nvda and also window eyes now. What am I
doing wrong to have all these problems?

Regards

Adrien
