for some reason I cannot get in to my william hill online account.
apparently it needs activating.
I rang them up and they say the only to
reactivate it is to take a photograph of my visa
card and some id like a passport then email it to an email address.
I explained I was totally blind but they said they is nothing they can do.
there is £400 in this account any ideas apriciated.
