Hi Steve
It isn't a lock problem, it is as if the phone jams up, I
cannot do anything with it once it jams, I have to remove
the battery. I keep the lock on so not to dial any numbers
as I have done in the past.

Try muting speech when keypad is locked. Should fix the
lock problem.

Have the C5 and I do too have "the lock" problem but I
think that that is
just the way it is Talks not being fully compatible with it
in my view.
It's a bit of a nuisance I agree but I bear with it as it's
a good phone.
Don't have the key 6 problem butt some kind of reset may
sort out that one
for you anyway.
