[access-uk] Re: problems with backing up e-mails from Outlook Express to a CD

Hi Amro,

If I was going to back up the whole contents of a folder, then the first 
suggestion you have given would work,  however, I have a folder containing 
970 messages from one particular friend.  These messages date from 2005 to 
this year.

What I want to do is back up only those messages that were sent to me by 
this person between 2005 and the end of 2006 and leave the remaining 
messages where they are currently stored.

Do you, or does anyone else have a suggestion of how I could do this please?
