[access-uk] problems with IE 7

Hi folks,
Until recently using jaws 10 vista home premium and IE 7 my friend could press
the alt key whilst in IE and be able to pull down the menus for jaws to read,
now she has to press alt plus f to get the menus to read, did try a restore to
earlier date but without success, any thoughts as to why this happens?
