Hi George,

Well, no, I tend to delete texts fairly soon after I receive them.
I contacted the company from whom I bought talks and my phone and I was 
given a code *#7370# which I was assured would reset my phone but keep 
software intact, Talks and KNFB reader.
What do you know, I've lost both Talks and KNFB reader.
It's a re-install job.
