[access-uk] problem with pc(shuts down automatically)

hi all i have a windows7 pc with 1gb ram 2.66ghz processer all was
good but somedays back it started shutdowning automatically and it
does that even now it wont give any error nothing just shutdown after
20 minuts but not fixed what should i do is there any way to know what
is causing this shutdown?
