Hi James, The problem is now solved. I could log in and out no problem, the problem was with activating the correct device, or should I say method to play the content on my PC. uninstalling and reinstalling audible manager solved the problem as I told the program to not allow mobile devices when I reinstalled it. Now I have the content playing on my laptop and the ability to burn Nero created CDs if I wish to do so, and all this has been done without talking to audible support.
