Hi

A friend of mine is having a problem with getting her outlook screen to be
fully maximised. She is reporting that she is only seeing a small amount of
the messages in her inbox, I can always see what the subject is before I
open the message, and when I have experienced this problem myself, I have
always gone to the system menu and pressed x to maximise the screen, which
works for me. However, my friend tells me that when she tries this to solve
her problem, it doesn't seem to work. She is using microsoft Outlook and
windows xp. Could there be some other issue preventing her from seeing what
the subject of an email is when she arrows up and down her list of emails?
